I did the Bintang Tour too. I preferred this over the Bike Baik one for a couple of reasons. Bintang is 40 kms 99% downhill and yes its not the legs that ache is the hands! Baik is 20 kms and I found a couple of gentle up hills more of a pain than going downhill! I preferred the meal at the end of Bintang Tour and the tour was cheaper by 100,000 Rhp. Also we stopped too much on the Baik tour I feel. Everyone will have differing opinions though :)
