My husband has booked a week accommodation at Oasis Hotel in Kuta and has since heard they are doing renovations in June ( a regular to Oasis is staying at a different hotel as staff told her about the renovations).
We have emailed the hotel with no reply - we seemed to get quick replies when discussing booking and payment of the hotel.
Does anyone have any information about renovations at this hotel?
Any info would be appreciated.
The website says if we cancel within 1 month we will get a full refund however at the moment we are getting no reply at all.
