Have stayed at both. Dynasty is far superior in every way - rooms, food, staff & attitude. Only good thing about the Bali Garden is the pool area, which looks directly out on to the beach. Breakfast is so-so, staff never talk to you and are disinterested in any type of service. Rooms are not cleaned very well and are badly maintained. It's well worth the extra money for the Dynasty as we found out last year. We have never been so disappointed.
