Depending on how long you have been in remission, you may have enormous difficulty. I had a relative who was denied cover after she had travelled when she got sick whilst she was away, despite being told by her specialist she was fine to travel. Make sure you get in writing from any insurnace compant that you are covered for your specific condition. Many insurnace companies consider it to be a pre-existing condition that they are not interested in covering, no matter how well you have been for how long!
