when I got bumped from another hotel. Its has a roof top garden, but pool downstairs as mentioned by previous poster- pool wasnt in sun all day ( a lot of shade because the hotel blocks the sun light and little space to lounge around pool( Staff and room sOK, although downstairs room I had had no verandah or natural air ( windows sealed, only air conditioning which is crazy in bali)I like rooms in which you have opportunity to sit outside or at least leave windows open. I think you can do better
