The Perth-Bali service is Strategic Airline's first venture into the international commercial market and follows the expansion of its commercial services with the launch of a Perth to Derby service last month.
The first flight to Bali (Denpasar) is scheduled for June 12 (subject to regulatory approval).
Head of Commercial, Damien Vasta, said the airline's entry into the market would provide a unique service for WA travellers.
'We will offer Perth travellers the option to fly to Bali with a full-service product at affordable prices - a combination that has not been available until now,' Mr Vasta said.
