A bit confused but Transnusa and Trigana have separate websites but showing exactly the same flight details/numbers/times (researching for later this year).
Our agent also changed us from Merpati due to unreliability. The day we flew over Merpati postponed 2 flights while we were there and sent them much later in the day when they were full.
Found Trigana excellent, flights over and back both on time, fairly small plane, propellers but no problems. Hope this helps or I've probably confused you more!! Deb.
