Is Bali busy at Leberan - Sept?

I have just discovered that I will be in Bali at the end of Ramadan this year (10 Sept) and wondering if it gets really busy at that time of the year?
It seems to be earlier than previous years for Leberan (Idul Fitri), so would like to know if impacts on roads, shops closing etc.
