I am in the process of finalising my deceased mother's estate, her middle name was not on two of property deeds she had, we now have to go thru two different intersate courts with Stat. Dec's, extra Solicitor's fees etc etc.
All legal documents should match your birth certificate, otherwise it will come back one day and bite......
