Please help leaving tomorrow lembongan

Can you change money on Lembongan? We are arriving from Perth will get picked up by 'Scoot' and taken to boat leaving from Sanur. Realise we sre not going to get good exchange rate at airport but will need enough money to cover 4 days on island??? Please help asap.
