We stayed here on our first trip to Bali (last May) it was great! Reception staff not as welcoming as I would have liked but the rest of the staff were lovely. Friendly, open and wanting to assist as much as possible.
Gardens are great and the pools are right on the shore. Lots of lounges around them and great atmosphere.
Breakfast was more than adequate although there was the same selection every day - - the egg cook was exceptional.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and will probably go there again this trip
