Hi we are a couple in our 40's like the beach, pools, bars, shopping, snorkelling, mixing with other travellers, crusing around on motorbikes sight seeing & dinning out.
We have never been to Lombok but it sounds great. We are off to Bali this July with the family but would like to plan a trip to Lombok just hubby & I next time. Not afraid of staying around families they are a source of joy or make you glad your kids are grown up!
Types of places we stay in Bali are Satriya Cottages, Puri Raja, Kumala Pantai. These have all been with the family.
What can you tell me about travel to & from, best time to visit, Transport on the island, areas to stay, shopping, places to visit etc?
We would do a day trip to Gilis this sounds beautiful.
