Just got back from there last week. Probably not the place to meet many other young people. There were a few there at times, but mainly middle aged to older. The other recommendations of Satriya, Masa Inn or La Walon would suit you more. Another to look at for younger people is the Barong Hotel in Poppies II. Good atmosphere around the back pool area, without things going overboard.
