Have booked with Agoda. You need to be VERY specific. When we arrived the room was a twin not a double (luckily the hotel remedied the sitch!) Aside from that, no problems. We actually used their online assistance - a team member helps you through the entire process! Regarding payment, from memory it doesn't hit your account until a month prior to the dates booked.
