people travel to Bali with only carry-on luggage and could take a childs wheelchair in their 20 kilo hold luggage.
Personally I only take carry-on luggage for myself and 20 kilos of donations.
Of course some people travel light with only carryon luggage so they don't have to wait at the carousel, or they already have their needs in the place they are travelling to.
