I have been for a few years in January and have told my other half I am not going again at that time of year. For a couple of reasons. Rain during dinner and having to race home in it, cloudy days and the beach bringing in dead fish due to the tides, and it stinking! My daughters felt the same as me too. My personal view only. It would be so convenient to go then cos I work in a school! So going for 3 weeks in September/October :)
