Hi, we just flew from Bali to Brisbane, and we had a baby walker, port-a-cot, and pram, and none of it was added to our luggage allowance, nor did we pay excess. All free of charge. Although, the baby bag ie. nappies etc that we took onboard the plane had to be included in our cabbin allowance. No free hand luggage for the baby :(
