If you join the Priority Club you will get preferential treatment. Upgrades where possible etc. Booked over the phone and had a Grand Seaview Room, I thin it is called. good size room with huge bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. If you get brecky included the cafe is downstairs by the pool area which serves great food all day. Try the make your own salad or Pizza which is reasonably priced but tasty and light. The Envi restaurant by the beach we found expensive for Bali but great to splash out in the evening. Great lighting and terrific food. Service is A1. The pool area is fantastic with a shallow area for anyone to lay back and maybe read a book. Looks really strange but feels very comfortable. The location is close to shops but out of the main hustle and bustle. There is an electronic games room for small and big kids on the ground floor next to a shop which sells basic food. Except no coffee. All in all a very modern hotel with all the amenities you could want. Staff are great and friendly. I am sure you will enjoy this hotel.
