Blood tests in Bali??

We go to Bali on Monday, and my hubby is on Warfarin and needs to get a couple of INR tests done whilst we're there (just a little blood test).

Has anyone had blood tests over there before and if so please recommend where to go?

We're staying at the Safari park for two nights, then Ubud for a night, and then the dynasty for four nights.
