For those of with Commonwealth Bank (Australia) you can use the Commonwealth Bank (Indonesia) ATMs in Bali and only get charged a $2 transaction fee which is quite reasonable. If you are with Westpac, ANZ and so on and use a BCA, Bank Negara ATM in Bali you'll probably find yourself getting charged upwards of $5 in fees plus a percentage fee.
