In December, having had a good dinner there, we happened to check our bank next day to find we had ben charged twice. Took the print-out back to management and was left sitting at a table, not even a glass of water, for an hour while mutterings from the ofice could be heard.
Eventually, the under manager came to say they would fix in one week, 'please don't tell bank'. Waited two weeks, no action except to be told to visit them on my next trip to Bali, presumably for refund. At this stage, I became suspicious and contacted the Bank, who refunded my money in one day. Further emails were not very warm!
Make up your own mind as to whether these people are working a scam or not; remember the average visitor goes once a year or so!
