Qantas Holidays accomodation query

I have booked a room for 3 adults through Qantas Holidays but only 2 of us can make the Bali trip. I am ringing Qantas tomorrow morning but thought someone on here may know if I would have any luck in changing this booking for 2 adults and if I would get a room/change or refund? I can't beleive this has happened to me.
