You could, of course, go to Poppies restaurant. Or, for an el cheapo, Bamboo Corner (opens early so that might suit the kids). Good breakfast there but horrid loos. OR TJs, the restaurant at La Walon, Agungs across the road from LaW (great Club Sandwiches), Treehouse near the beach etc etc. Heaps of choices.
You could also stock up on J Co Donuts (or things from Bread Talk etc) which, with juice or milk satisfy those early morning cravings before restaurants open.
