hi, i used chartis. it was easy go to the website and do the quote,ring the number on the site go thrugh your pre existing ,pay the $60. when u are on the phone if you tell them you are with bigpond you will get a 40% discount. for my self and my hisband iwth my prexisting and my 20yr old as a dependant it ws $133 plus the 60 for the pre existing approval.
