Going to Bali on Friday and have got all the usual doctors letters for the hard stuff that i will be taking over with me but whats the go with taking over multi vitamins or evening primrose oil? Are they allowed or do you need a letter for those? Do they have to be sealed bottles or can i take what i have now?
