Stayed at both last January. My preference would be KTH due to space. 2 bedroom apartment is a good size and although not a huge area for a toddler to run around outside, at least there is some grass. Casa Padma is all concrete and they don't have a 2 bedroom apartment. The deluxe (I think) suite has 2 double beds and is a decent size but only small fridge and no kitchen.
