Reccos for Lovina Accommodation Pls?

I would be interested in reading about forumites recommendations for Lovina, for our November trip.
We are 4 ladies looking for reasonably priced accommodation - must have aircon, mini fridge, hot/cold water & be clean and bright - and preferably located in the beach area.
I have done a litle research of the archives, and would also appreciate further comments on the Dolphin Beach Apartments and Lovina Beach Cottages, and info such as room numbers with seaviews, breakfast inclusive, best way or website to book etc.
