From the airport you can go to the nearby transport window & buy a voucher for Legian ... although Kusnadi may well be considered Seminyak (Poppies 1 is classed at Legian - go figure). Not too exey - maybe Rp50K? Thereabouts. Anyway, if you don't want to pay the airport prices you could walk for about 10 mins out to the road & hail a Bluebird cab - cheaper but after a long flight why bother just to save a few dollars?

For the other trips you have mentioned getting a driver is the go. Probably Rp200K Kusnadi to Ubud. Only about 90 mins but considered a half day trip which is usually upwards of Rp200K depending on the length of your journey & the fuel required. Just keep your peepers peeled here for recommended drivers &/or ask & haggle with the very many drivers you can't help but meet near your hotel.

From Ubud I recommend Made Warka 0361 982585. Nice car, good English, not intrusive and, most importantly, a careful driver.
