speaking to their customer service people about this very thing as my husband travel every 3 months to Bali and does not have a credit card. They have assured me cash is accepted on their flights. On my husbands last flight he was able to use cash. Just demand to pay with cash(aus.dollars only) let them know that you have been told that cash is to be accepted if no c.card avail.
