buy it on the way out of Australia, but just remember you can only take a litre (well legally) into Bali, so dont go for any of the "buy two bottle" specials in Australia, unless of course you are going to buy it and then pick it UP on your way back IN to Australia, you can do that!!
Of course you could always try your hand at "bartering" with the customs staff on arrival into Bali, but I dont like your chances, cause you would need to be extremely deft at it, I for one, would rather circumnavigate the whole "smile whilst I take your money" thing myself and just get the hell out of the airport and onto the start of my time in bali!!!
