Street full of material shops, mostly Arab/Moslem run.
Prices are very cheap as long as you do not allow one of the "guides" who hang around to latch onto you to get a commission on the sale.
For higher price and possibly better quality suit type material you could try Alta Mode at Bali Galleria Mall (Near Central Parkir).
Taxis will know both places.
