Anybody got an answer ?

Chose to fly from Bali to the UK, better fare than flying from Aus to UK. ( Including the Perth to Dempasar leg.)

Was quoted in $US, obtained the required amount from our local bank branch for the Airline office in Bali. ( Not an agent.)

Issued with brand new $US 100 notes here and 3 of them were refused by the airline.
