on the type of phone they are a little cheaper in Bali but you have to do your hoemwork. Take the junkmail catalogues so that you can compare prices, a lot of the phones for sale in Bali are not available in Australia. The warranty may not be valid in Australia although with phones and young ones they don't worry about that, they just buy a new one. Yes they will work in Bali you will just need to use an adaptor for the charger. Yes we have purchased a few but not up to date models.
