The BONEKA restaurant off the main lobby of the St. Regis Bali has been famous for sensational breakfasts since its opening. In addition to a great buffet with a good choice of fruits, cereals, cold cuts, smoked fish and delicious bakery items you can order freshly prepared Eggs Benedict with salmon roe, fried eggs with seared foie gras, "Egg Nouvelle" filled with a delicious lobster ragout, river lobster, fresh oysters, Wagyu beef tenderloin with fried eggs and ... and ... and ...

Since January 2010 the same breakfast offerings are served together with a number of other hot dishes and can be enjoyed -- accompanied by life Jazz music and an initial Bloody Mary from the King Cole Bar across the lobby -- as Sunday Brunch until 2:00 pm either on the terrace if there is a good breeze or in the air-conditioned restaurant. An optional "Beverage Package" includes free-flow of several wines. I find it hard to find a more pleasant way to spend my Sundays!

Enjoy!
