The price has defintaley gone up in recent years. The price depends on the time of the year and I do know that July/Aug/Sept are the most expensive months of the year when the hotel can be at 100% capacity. I think like most things it is supply and demand. If the Hotel isnt booked heavily you may be able to negotiate a little. Look around for Hotels of a similar quality and see what you are quoted for in August. This Hotel has become very popular in the past few years. I have been staying there for a few years now and dont go in the peak time but 400,000 seems very cheap so maybe ask who ever quoted this price when they last went and have they got an updated price recently
