Rooms weren't really cleaned properly (floors never appeared to be swept and felt very gritty under the feet). Stairs are quite dangerous and slippery. Food was expensive and very basic, as with the drinks. You hear everyone in the hallways. The spa services weren't fantastic, a lot better on offer just around the corner. Postives though - swim up bar was great, rooms were of a large size, and the pizza restaurant located at the front of the hotel is super yummy.
