Oz airports in transit

I've just seen a photo of what the new body scanners show and I'm having heart palpitations over it! It shows everything! frontbum and backbum.
OMG I'm so not up to that!
Does anyone know if any of the international airports in OZ have these yet? We have to go via Oz to Bali so was thinking we could skip the airports with the body scanners!
