I posted this further down but thought it worth bringing to the top. The 3 day bargain sale for all Accor properties in Asia (includes Novotel) is on now if you are an advantage Member.

The good thing is you can join for free, instantly, and take advantage of this offer before others. Once you have a log in number, log in, and select your dates and accomm and the 3 day option comes up, along with other options. It is pre paid though and non cancellable.

I just saved over $300US on a booking I enquired about this week for Lombok.
