i made a sugestion before when i first read of this but was howled down but i will suggest again .....i enquired with online live chat with booking agent whether they had any info on the outcome of the theft that ALLEGERLY happened(maybe that will keep you know who you are happy)they replied they just book rooms(nauraly)but it all helps to spreadthe word.i am going on the 8th as i have done on previous visits i might drop in to enquire about rates and booking procedures for future visits and at last minute just happen to remember a certain post i saw on btf
