Well, I very rarely ever get to lie beside the pool, as I always seem to be ....shopping LOL! Anyway, the standing joke amongst my family and friends, is that the day I do decide to sunbake, it ALWAYS RAINS!!
Seriously, I do relax at night , usually after dinner( and a few wines), when I head to Smart in Jl Pantai Kuta for an hour and a half of aromatherapy leg and foot massage, plus neck, back & shoulders - all for the princely sum of 95,000rp.
Take a tip from me and ask for one of the slightly built young lads with long slender hands to do it, they seem to massage legs better than the girls do LOL!
I also go to Johhny Andrean @ Centro for a hair creme spa and the styling afterwards - total cost for 2 hours of bliss: (using the L'oreal product)78,000Rp. My hairdresser here in Perth can't believe it when I tell him, yet he always comments on how soft my hair is after my Bali trips.
If I can fit it in I also have a few body massages ( this time I prefer the girls!), and the best lady for this is TIAH at La Risso Spa (above La Risso Leather Shop) on Jl Kartika Plaza. It's just along from Febri's hotel(towards the airport end), on the same side of the street, and as Tiah is so popular, you probably should make a booking. However, I'm sorry that I can't give you the phone number at the moment, as my daughter has gone to Bali and taken my business card folder with her! I will post about Tiah when she arrives back.
Cheers! Adrienne
