you can't pay an extra 30 days on arrival. What you can do is pay 30 days, and then organise an extension prior to its expiry, which involves additional visits to Imigrasi in Denpasar or Tuban. It is hardly worth the bother for the extension so you would be better off copping the overstay fee of USD 20 per day.
