As others have mentioned, in addition to standard departure tax, there is Fiskal tax for residents of Indonesia.
You can be exempted from paying if you are a registered tax payer, or if you are registered as living overseas (refer Mic's post about the stamp in the passport).
Once you have checked in, go to the Fiskal counter which is behind the stairs to the right of the main entry. If you are exempt the process is quick, otherwise you have to fill out a form and pay 2.5 million ruphiah. Eitherway, you get a printed ticket which you take with you and hand in just before you get to the booths where you pay the 150,000 departure tax.
You will see the desk, it has a sign in both English and Indonesian.
After that, you pay your departure tax like everyone else and off you go.
