If you can't find the cheap $32 seat returning, log in with Indonesia as your home country and English as the language and search for a one way Bali - Perth. I found quite a few seats going for Rp 549,000 including taxes. That's about $66 aud.
I booked at that price a couple of months ago for September 2010 and looks like they've released some more.
