In the past i've been very active in child stranger danger safety programs in Australia but that's of no help to anyone in Bali, different culture, and because in Asia pedophilea can involve child trafficking.
Besides CASA (Committee Against Sexual Abuse) there is KPAID Bali which is the Balinese branch of the Indonesian Commission for Child Protection. I read online KPAID Bali have an annual operating budget of a paltry $5,000. Maybe find out all the agencies that are actively involved in child protection, and decide on which one to support in whichever way you can?
