Cant say I have ever seen any in Bali.
We bought one here from a $2 junk shop and it was empty and folded flat, so easy to pack. We went to Careforre to buy the sweets, took over packets of balloons and little toys also bought at $2 shop.
Before I had found that I was going to buy one and slice it with a stanley knife and fold it down and stick it back together with some tape there.
I know, I know ...... the things we do to get what we want :)
