for the kind words. I love food too, and I could've written more about each place, plus various prices etc.I love Indonesian food too, but this trip, I think I ate more Western style food, and also more frozen margharitas than usual - blame it on the influence of my friend Leonie.
If you go to Candi Dasa, make sure you try Le48Cafe. You can also stay there in one of their 8 villas; they are brand new and decked out in a minimalistic style. The only fault I could find with this place, was the stepping stones one had to walk on to get to the toilet(and the main entranceway), as they were placed just slightly too far apart for an even step, as well as being some 12-15 inches off the ground. This would be a problem if one misjudged their step - or had too many mojitas LOL!
