We booked with Mida/Ari (local agent) who was great to deal with. Ari was very prompt and we can pay cash on arrival. The cottages are $US115 per night which includes all taxes and breaky for two. Late check out is 50% of the nightly room rate.
We haven't stayed in that area before and looking forward to a change from Legian.
