Balinese calendar. Sorry to sound naive, I live here and have no idea what Full Moon Party you are talking about? I though that was something that happened on a well known beach in Thailand.
Great ceremonies around the full moon to watch, 29 March this year there will be ceremonies at the Pura Puseh and Pura Dalem temples around Bali, can't see any listed for Kuta, Legian or Seminyak so you will need to get out and about. Between 5 7 6pm are the most spectacular, just watching the people go into their temples with their offerings.
