I would think that you'd probably prefer the Bali Garden hotel. The Febris is newer but not much atmosphere around the pool. If you enjoyed the Dynasty then I think you'd enjoy the Bali Garden over Febris, it's right on the beach, has a lovely pool area, a swim up pool bar and the prices of drinks are probably about 40% cheaper than the Dynasty.
