I have stayed at both the Bali Garden and Febris. The Bali Garden has had some renos done since we stayed there, so am not sure but the pool area looks great and its on the beach which is a bonus.
Also can recommend Bali Rani (opposite Kartika) or Ramayana which is directly opposite the markets.
